I am a long time customer, my wife backed into a car in a parking lot.Minor ding, so my wife notified allstate regarding rhe incident stating that she would be out of the country for a week due to her mother undergoing major surgery out of the country. So what does allstate do? They call her cell 3-4 times a day trying to reach her, of course her phone is off in a hospital, so they call my phone i tell them the situation and the calls continue....

On 8/9/2016 i was involved in an accident with a driver that is insured by Allstate.The driver was issued a citation for improper lane change and was found to be at fault for this accident. My wife was in an accident on 7/5/16. If you still have allstate and have a claim........ They will send you to "approved" shops (like Don Mcgill toyota collision center, for my case) to do estimates. Remember, you don't have to do the repair there. Make sure to read all the paperwork before signing. DO NOT sign anything to authorize the shop to start the repair.
